IMPORTANT: Don't just click the link! When you arrive at TC, take the time to actually peruse through the latest listings. We have great new products coming in now daily; you're sure to find products that you want and/or that are perfect for gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc. And we all need to be actively patronizing our new ECAs (and our members who are listing their items on TC too of course).

WOW!! Since officially debuting our first ECA at TripleClicks (TC) last Friday, we've been inundated with new ECAs and new ECA products flowing into the system! Here's a recap:
In our first week, over 550 new products have already been listed by dozens of new ECAs and they are coming in faster and faster every day. And it should be noted that our "multi-lister" software--software that will allow hundreds of products to be imported into the system at once--is not yet available (it should be next week). This is significant, because some of the biggest companies that have signed up for the ECA program are likely waiting for the multi-lister (rather than submitting products one by one, which is the only method available currently).
Now that we've got all these great new products pouring in, how do you learn about them? We will be providing better ways soon, but right now, here's the best way:
1. Go to TripleClicks.com and log in (using your SFI ID and password).
2. Click on the "7 Days" link inside the "What's New!" panel.
3. Now, so that you can see JUST the ECA listings, click on the "ECA listings only" link in the sidebar.
4. Start browsing! And don't forget that you can use the various other sorts and filters located in the sidebar to quickly find what you're looking for.
If you would rather browse BY PRODUCT DEPARTMENT, do this:
1. Go to TripleClicks.com and log in (using your SFI ID and password).
2. Click on the department you're interested in (from the Departments List on the left side of the page).
3. So that you can see JUST the ECA listings, click on the "ECA listings only" link in the sidebar. Note: If no listings are displayed, this means we don't yet have any ECA products in that department. This, however, can change by the hour as new products are coming in all the time.
4. Start browsing! And don't forget that you can use the various other sorts and filters located in the sidebar to quickly find what you're looking for.
Tip: You can also use the Advanced Search (see link on the main menu bar) to perform more "exotic" searches.
"ECA LEADS THE WAY"
We all now need to start patronizing our new ECAs! Whenever you need to buy something (for yourself or for a gift), make sure you check TripleClicks first. By shopping at TC and buying from our ECAs, we'll create lots of happy ECAs, which will results in even more products, better deals, and more commissions for everyone! And you'll of course earn VersaPoints (VP) on every purchase that you can use to increase your SFI perks and payout, boost your Power Ranking, and qualify for valuble VP REWARDS, too!
Moreover, the more successful the ECA program becomes, the more people will be shopping and buying at TC. In time, if we all work together, we can literally have millions of members who buy at TC regularly–creating substantial residual income streams for our affiliates!

"TCONNECT"
Now let's talk about TConnect. TConnect is a special TripleClicks Website that each ECA is provided free that features JUST their products and services. TConnect also allows them to connect with their customers more deeply and grow their customer base in exciting new ways. Note that these latter items are not in place yet, but are forthcoming.
We provide two direct links within TC to TConnect pages.
1. On any ECA product details page, you'll see in the top, right corner under the blue ECA icon a link that says, "See all products from this company." Clicking this link will take you to that ECA's TConnect page where you can browse just their products.
2. When in search results, you can just click on the little blue ECA icon.
One of the really cool things about TConnect is that it allows you to promote individual ECAs. For example, you might LOVE the products of new ECA Michael Todd Cosmetics (mtc.tripleclicks.com) and want to promote just these products to your friends and customers.
To do so, just add a slash and your SFI ID behind the ECA's TConnect Website address.
For example, if your SFI ID was 123456, you'd refer customers to this SFI Gateway:
mtc.tripleclicks.com/123456
Simply by attaching your SFI ID, all orders will be tracked to you and commissions paid on any orders generated.
To figure out the Gateway address for ANY ECA, just make sure you are logged in at TripleClicks, then go to their TConnect page using one of the two methods described above. Now scroll down to towards the bottom of the TConnect page and you will see an SFI INFO BOX with your Gateway link!
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q: How do I find ECAs who are in my country? A: We're going to be making this much easier soon, but in the meantime, here's how:
1. Go to TripleClicks.com and log in (using your SFI ID and password).
4. Select your country for the "Ship-To" Destination.
5. Click "GO."
Tip: You may want to also try, in a separate search, selecting your country as the "Ship-From" Country instead of using the "Ship-To" as this may find additional options for you.
Q: I'm not seeing any ECAs in my country that I want to promote. What should I do? A: The first option is to simply be patient. We haven't even scratched the surface of what's to come. There will no doubt be many, many more ECAs in your country in the weeks and months to come. And/or...take advantage of this opportunity and sign up some ECAs yourself! There could be thousands of other SFI affiliates just like you in your country who want to start buying and selling products from local ECAs. By referring some ECAs in your country, YOU can become a major beneficiary! You can be the one earning lifetime royalties every time an affiliate or other TC member buys or sells the products of the ECAs you've referred. To learn more about this HUGE opportunity, click HERE.
Q: Is there any way to know which ECAs are the best ones to promote? A: Product and company ratings and reviews are on the way to help you in this area.
Q: How do I know what I will earn by promoting ECA products? A: Make sure you are logged in at TripleClicks. Then, go to any product details page and review the SFI Info Box located towards the bottom of the page. This will tell you exactly what the VP (VersaPoints) and CV (Commission Volume) is for this product. It also tells you what the CC (Customer Commission) is that you will earn on each sale and for each SFI rank as well. Note that this information is also available, in an abbreviated format, on all search results pages.
Q: If I want to find all the products that have a certain amount of VersaPoints that I need, how can I do that?
A: Here's how:

Effective immediately, you can now use PayPal to pay for your Standing Order.
Note that if you use PayPal, different rules will apply however. For example, PayPal will process your payment on the same day every month. So if you set up your PayPal Standing Order on the 24th of the month, it will always be processed on the 24th of the month (meaning VersaPoints won't show up until at least the 24th of each month). Another example is that cancellations will also have to be handled directly with PayPal.
To set up a Standing Order, just log in at www.tripleclicks.com and click the "Standing Order" button next to the product(s) of your choice. Then, during the checkout process, choose PayPal as your payment option.

Make sure you're now watching your genealogy carefully for the red "<500" flags. This flag indicates your affiliate has generated less than 500 VersaPoints in the last 60 days and, hence, is in jeopardy of having their SFI affiliateship cancelled at the end of the month.
Please note that starting on the 15th of each month, SFI sends all such flagged affiliates a series of emails to let them know that they are under 500 points and need to take action quickly. However, our emails may not get through, so we encourage you to be pro-active and contact your flagged affiliates yourself too.
My genealogy is indicating that you have less than 500 VersaPoints in the last 60 days. This is less than SFI's Minimum Activity Requirement, so your SFI affiliateship could be cancelled at the end of this month.
You are an important member of my team and I'd really hate to lose you! So how can I help? Are there questions I can answer for you? Is there anything I can assist you with?

Next week, we should have the new full-color, glossy ECA brochures read for ordering. Door-hangers and other promotional aids are coming in the following weeks.
We'll also soon be publishing training information, sample letter texts, scripts, etc.
Effective for this month (February 2010), we are dropping MaxMalls from TripleClicks.
The reasons are many:
With the ECA Program now launched, we are going to be adding many companies that will be selling MaxMalls-type products. It no longer makes sense to send customers away from TripleClicks to go buy at a MaxMalls store, when they can get the same or similar products directly at TripleClicks.
Moreover, when customers buy these products directly at TripleClicks, there is both CV (Commission Volume) and VersaPoints for you (neither of which you received with MaxMalls purchases). With ECAs, we can track every sale to you (unlike MaxMalls, where we had to simply put all revenues into a pool and pay out shares because individual tracking was unfeasible). You can also market individual products and directly earn commissions and VersaPoints on every sale you generate.
The amount of commissions earned will also be much, much higher. For most MaxMalls stores, the commission paid to SFI (and then divided amongst EAs) was typically very small–often just 2%-5% of the total sale amount. For ECA products, you can expect 5-10 times this amount for most products. And in some cases, it will be literally 15x greater or more!
Eliminating MaxMalls from TripleClicks will also streamline the TripleClicks Website (which will become important as we add modules and dramatically expand TripleClicks in the months ahead).
So what becomes of the MaxMalls Pool share that we've been paying out to EyeEarners and Executive Affiliates?
In both cases, we're replacing the MaxMalls Pool share with TripleClicks Credits (now known as "TCredits"). Each TCredit is a $1.99 value (about six times more than the value of recent MaxMalls shares). If you're both an EyeEarner AND an Executive Affiliate, you'll receive two TCredits each month. And you can add up to four more each month by being a Team Leader.
The ways you can use your TCredits, by the way, are going to be expanding substantially over the next few months. For example, soon you'll be able to use your TCredits for downloading music and other cool services. And, of course, you can use your TCredits to attract valuable, new TripleClicks Members or use to reward affiliates in your group by reassigning them. And for EyeEarners, we're adding a guarantee. Basically, if the TC Members, SFI Affiliates, and TCredits you receive from the EyeEarn Co-op don't produce earnings for you in any month you're an active EyeEarner, you'll receive a share of a special new EyeEarn pool we're establishing to ensure that, "if you get seen, you get PAID."
So what will we do with any commissions generated by MaxMalls stores from now on? We will be donating 100% to Haiti relief efforts for the next 6 months. As of noon today, our big purge of inactive affiliates has been completed. All of your inactive PSAs (personally sponsored SFI Affiliates) are now PRMs (personally referred TripleClicks Members).
Your genealogy should now be uncluttered of "deadwood" and much faster. You may have also picked up one or more PSAs who rolled up from inactive sponsors to you. Similarly, you may have a new sponsor yourself if your previous sponsor was not active.
You should also notice a speed difference in maneuvering and doing various activities around the Affiliate Center.
Also, a reminder, we will be purging inactive affiliates every month from now on, on or about the 5th of each month, so make sure you are monitoring your genealogy. When you see someone with a red flag indicating they have become inactive, you need to jump into action! Contact them individually. Offer your assistance to help them get active again. That said, always remember that you can't "drag people across the finish line." THEY have to want it. If they don't want to help themselves, MOVE ON. And always remember to replace those in your organization who become inactive. Bringing new blood into your group is something you must always be doing to build a profitable SFI business.
ONE MORE THING: If you have any former affiliates from your group (those purged today or otherwise) who wish to get back in SFI and become active again, all you have to do is send them to:

Also note that this new "/convert" page is also the mechanism for converting TC Members into SFI Affiliates. That is, if you've referred a TC Member who would like to be an SFI Affiliate, all you need to do is tell them to go to to http://www.sfimg.com/convert and log in and they will immediately become an SFI affiliate--personally sponsored by you.
We're off to a great start! We've already received over 200 ECA applications since last Thursday's launch of the program.
Of these, dozens have been pre-approved already, representing potentially hundreds of awesome, new products for TripleClicks. You'll also be excited to know that we've already pre-approved numerous applicants from countries all over the world, including:

So that you can stay up on all these new ECAs and their offerings, we'll be unveiling a new page at the SFI Affiliate Center soon which will list all the newest ECAs and have a link to their "TConnect" Website (the "store within a store" Website that contains just that ECA's products, which you can promote as a standard Gateway by the way).
Note: Training for referring ECAs and a wide variety of ECA marketing aids are coming quickly. Some, including envelopes and letterhead, should be available for order in the next few days. We've also got full-color brochures, door-hangers, postcards, and more in development that will be available for order later this month. We have scheduled our purge of inactive affiliates for this Friday, February 5th. This is to allow for such things as orders coming in by postal mail to reach us. Hence, we will be actually looking back a total of 65 days for the minimum 500 points requirement. i.e. If you have 500 points anytime in the 65 days between December 2, 2009 and February 5th, 2010, you're all set.
Note that this also means that we'll be counting any points generated up until the purge is started this Friday. So you still have time to get points yourself and get inactive affiliates in your group active as well.

We are truly excited today to announce that the ECA (E-Commerce Associates) Program is now live and ready for our affiliates to begin promoting!
In case you've missed our updates and "sneak peeks" over the past year that it's been in the making, here's a quick overview of the ECA program:
We will now be allowing commercial sellers and companies of all kinds, from around the world, to market their products side-by-side with our own products at TripleClicks.com. Every product will have both CV (Commission Volume) and VP (VersaPoints).
We expect the ECA program, in time, to bring literally MILLIONS of new products into TripleClicks. Not only that, participating companies will be worldwide, meaning you'll be able to patronize businesses from right within your own country, region, or city. In some cases, you'll be even able to pick up the products from the merchants' local retail outlet, eliminating shipping fees altogether.
This means you are soon going to have an ENORMOUS selection of products at TripleClicks to promote, sell, and buy. TONS of great products are coming to SFI. And great PRICES too...the same or lower prices offered elsewhere on the Web.
And we've made it very easy for companies to plug in their products. Indeed, the ECA theme is "Plug into a world of new customers!" There's no cost for ECAs to upload their products and they can immediately begin taking advantage of the exposure and growing worldwide traffic of TripleClicks.com. It's a "slam dunk" for them, a total win/win.
So how are all these ECAs going to get hooked up with TripleClicks? That's where you, our affiliates, come in! You see, the new ECA program is a major new income opportunity in itself for SFI affiliates. As an affiliate, you can now refer ECAs and earn lifetime royalties on ALL of their sales worldwide generated from TripleClicks...for life!
Simply refer companies that sell products to your ECA Gateway:

For each company that becomes an approved ECA, you'll earn up to 6% of the CV on all of their sales at TripleClicks each month.
• 2% of CV if you are an Executive Affiliate (min. 1500 VersaPoints) • 3% of CV if you are a Bronze Team Leader • 4% of CV if you are a Silver Team Leader • 5% of CV if you are a Gold Team Leader • 6% of CV if you are a Platinum Team Leader
Earnings Example: You accumulate 4,200 VersaPoints this month and qualify as a Silver Team Leader. The total CV for all of your referred ECAs is $50,000. You earn $2000 in ECA Royalties this month (4% of $50,000 CV).
The ECA referral program is very powerful because all you have to do is introduce an ECA to TripleClicks and you're all set to earn royalties for life! Every time anyone–anywhere in the world–buys something at TripleClicks from one of your referred ECAs, you earn a royalty!
Here now are some questions and answers to further clarify some of the details of the new program and how you can get involved:
Q: How do I promote the ECA program? A: Though there are virtually infinite ways to market the program, the bottom line is you just need to get your prospects to your ECA Gateway (see above).
Q: What happens once I get a prospect to the ECA Gateway? A: The site provides all the details on the ECA program. If your prospect likes what he or she sees, he/she can click the included link to apply to become an ECA immediately. Applications are reviewed at SFI's corporate offices. Reviews will typically take no more than 1-2 business days. An email is then sent to the prospective ECA notifying them of acceptance or rejection. Provided they are accepted (most will be), they will receive access to a special ECA Admin area at TripleClicks where they can begin uploading products (individually or in bulk via data import). Their products are then added to the TripleClicks site and they're off and running.
Q: How will I know when I've successfully referred an ECA? A: We will send you an e-mail notification. We'll also be providing, a little later, online reports at the SFI Affiliate Center of your ECAs, their sale activity, etc.
Q: What are the qualifications for acceptance in the program? A: In short, we're looking for reputable, established companies that sell quality, non-controversial products. Companies must also be responsive to SFI requests, they must process orders promptly, and they must stand behind their products with appropriate return policies.
Q: I'm an SFI affiliate. Can I also be an ECA? A: If you are a commercial seller of products and meet the qualifications noted in the previous answer, yes, we'd LOVE to have you participate in the program!
Q: How do I sign up for the ECA program? A: Log in at www.tripleclicks.com with your SFI ID and password. Then go HERE to apply.
Q: Who will be credited as the Referrer on current SFI affiliates who become ECAs? A: SFI will strictly maintain current lines of sponsorship. That is, if you have 20 personally sponsored affiliates, and ten of them apply and become ECAs, you will be the Referrer of these ten ECAs. Conversely, your current SFI sponsor will be recorded as YOUR Referrer.
Q: What if I don't want my current SFI sponsor to be my Referrer in the ECA program? A: Then you will need to quit (opt out) of SFI for six month and rejoin under the sponsor you want. See more on this topic HERE.
Q: Should I promote the ECA program to businesses that are not online and/or that do not currently use the Internet? A: At the very minimum, ECAs will need to be able to send and receive e-mails and be able to access the ECA administration webpages at TripleClicks.com to enter product information, etc. Frankly, any business that is not yet using the Internet is probably missing out on sales. You may wish to respectfully point this out and show them how easy our program makes it for them to get started doing business online. Indeed, all the heavy lifting is done for them. We're going to provide the eyeballs, take the orders for them, and handle all the payment processing. All they basically have to do is ship the orders that we forward to them to the customer. That's it.
Q: What if they already have a good Website? A: Being an ECA will simply increase exposure for their products. They are under no obligation whatsoever to use or promote TripleClicks, but why not take advantage of the additional sales opportunities having their products in TripleClicks gives them?
Q: What about local businesses? Can I contact them about the ECA program? A: Yes, we strongly recommend it. You might be shocked at how many would love to get their products exposed to a greater online audience. The ECA program provides them this (one of the fastest growing e-commerce sites in the world, with millions of visitors annually), the marketing muscle of SFI's tens of thousands of affiliates in over 190 countries worldwide, etc. And it's 100% FREE for them to get started and costs them nothing unless they are making sales!
Q: Can a business participate that does not wish to–or cannot–ship its products? That is, can I refer businesses that only wish to sell directly to local customers? A: Yes. The ECA program offers a "Will-Call" option for local pickups of orders. When entering their products, the ECA can select this option while "opting out" of any product shipments. Customers will place their orders through TripleClicks. We will then forward the orders to the ECA and they will then prepare the orders for local pickup by the customer.
Q: There are many SFI affiliates in my city. So if I refer local businesses who offer "will-call" product pickups, all these affiliates can order their products at TripleClicks.com and then pick them up right here in my city without any shipping costs? A: Yes! By doing this, you can completely eliminate shipping fees for yourself and all the SFI affiliates and TripleClicks members who live in your area. And think about this: SFI affiliates win because they can earn all the VersaPoints they need and eliminate shipping charges by buying locally. The ECAs win because they get new customers and sales that may continue month after month (think Standing Orders). And YOU win because you'll earn ECA Royalties on EVERY SALE...for life!
Q: What happens if my PRMs–personally referred (TripleClicks) Members–buy products from an ECA that I've referred to TripleClicks? A: Something very good! With the combination of Customer Commissions and ECA Royalties, you can earn a whopping 78% of the CV on any sales generated! Similarly, buying from your own referred ECAs will generate "rebates" on your purchases because you'll receive ECA Royalties for these purchases on your next SFI commission payment.
Q: I've noticed from the the ECA Gateway that all ECA's are provided a free "TConnect" Website that features just that ECA's products that they can promote and use as their own company Website. Will I also earn ECA Royalties from sales here? A: Yes. And keep in mind that millions of businesses still do not have an online presence yet. Or, if they do have a website to sell their products, they don't get much traffic. By participating in the TripleClicks ECA program, they'll have a basic e-commerce Website with built-in social network components too. And they'll be able to tap into TripleClicks' growing traffic (TripleClicks is already a top 20,000 site in traffic worldwide and is growing rapidly). So, yes, you'll earn commissions from ECA "TConnect" Website sales and we expect many ECAs to actively promote their "TConnect" Websites. In other words, you may have many ECAs you've referred actively advertising their "TConnect" Website–essentially advertising for YOU!
Q: Will you be providing training and/or marketing aids for promoting the ECA program? A: Absolutely. We have six banners you can start using immediately HERE. And this is just the start. More banners and many other marketing aids are coming soon, including full-color brochures, envelopes, letterhead, fliers, and more. Brochures. letterhead, and envelopes should be available for order next week.
Q: What should be my game plan for signing up a bunch of ECAs? A: Make a list of companies in your city, state, or country (and/or worldwide) you think would be good prospects for the ECA program. E-mail marketing will likely not be viable so try to get full postal addresses and/or phone numbers so you can mail literature and/or make phone calls if possible. Size-wise, small to mid-sized companies are probably your best bets. You'll have a much easier time getting through to the decision makers and they likely won't have layers and layers of management to stall action.
Q: You say that e-mail marketing will likely not be viable. Why? A: For starters, SFI exercises a zero tolerance policy on spamming. You will need to be very careful if you are contacting business by e-mail unsolicited. Moreover, most businesses typically trash all unsolicited e-mails, so you'll simply be wasting your time. You will likely be much more effective using the phone, sending out literature (brouchures, postcards, etc.), or even going door to door in business districts. Of course, the other alternative is to advertise the ECA program in places where business owners will see the ad, allowing the BUSINESS OWNER to initiate contact.
Q: Are we limited to signing up only businesses that sell products? A: For now, yes. However, in the works are additional program components that will allow you to sign up all types of service providers, restaurants, and more! Imagine earning VersaPoints whenever you dine out and earning royalties whenever a local SFI affiliate or TripleClicks member dines at the restaurants you've referred! All this and more is coming in 2010. Yes, a HUGE opportunity is being born before your eyes. Now's the time to get focused on SFI!

It's a fact; If you're not employing regular communication with your team, you're building your business with both hands tied behind your back. Referring TC members is great. Sponsoring SFI affiliates is great. But more than anything else you do, it is the act of driving duplication in your group that will create the exponential growth that can send your income skyrocketing. And one of the prime ways you drive duplication is through quality and regular communication with your team. Starting today, we've made this easier than ever.
Just go to the new PSA Mailer webpage, enter your message and hit submit. You're done! You've just sent a message, automatically, to all of your PSAs (personally sponsored affiliates). And provided you haven't already earned it for the week, you've also just earned yourself 30 VersaPoints!
There's no need to go to the genealogy or select a segment of your group. And there's no need to worry about messages going to bad e-mail addresses or opted-out affiliates as these are automatically filtered out for you.
Messages are sent to both the PSA's registered e-mail address AND to the PSA's "Team Mail" inbox at the SFI Affiliate Center.
There's also no rank or points requirements to use the PSA Mailer.
