
As you know, in many countries, payment options for online transactions are limited. These restrictions are not ours, but are imposed by various financial institutions, and we are required to adhere to them.
But we have good news for you! The good news is that today we begin our new program that will allow you to bypass those "roadblocks" and buy and pay locally--in your own currency--to TripleClicks ECAs in your region. In many cases you will even be able to pick up the products directly from the ECA and eliminate shipping charges, too!
Because any legitimate seller or business can be an LocalPay ECA, there's no limit to the kinds of products and services you will be able to buy--which will allow you to earn unlimited VersaPoints consuming the very same products you're ALREADY buying now (i.e. free VersaPoints!). Likewise, your customers can buy locally and earn you unlimited VersaPoints too!
Besides local products and services, your local ECAs can also choose to process orders for TCredits, WAVE3 kits, IAHBE subscriptions, SFI marketing aids, TCurrency (more on this in a moment) and more. And, yes, Standing Orders, too!
Phase one, which begins today, is signing up ECAs who wish to participate in the program. Once we have an ECA signed up for LocalPay in your country or region, and they've set up their account, you'll immediately be able to start patronizing that ECA and earning the VersaPoints you want.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Will there be just one LocalPay provider per country?
A: No, any ECAs in your country can apply. Ideally, all the shops, stores, and restaurants that you currently patronize will eventually want to participate in the program (what a great way for them to generate sales every month from the SFI affiliates and TripleClicks members in the area!). The idea is to make it so everything you normally buy, automatically earns you VersaPoints and Member Rewards Points...and adds to the TripleClicks Executive Pool to boost commissions for all SFI affiliates!
Why would someone want to pay locally instead of just ordering online?
A: In many countries, traditional online payment methods like credit cards and PayPal are not feasible and/or are sometimes prohibited. Also, many people are uncomfortable using payment methods like credit cards online. Direct, local payment fills this void and greatly opens up the flow of commerce.
How will it work?
A: Here's an example of how a standard order would be processed:
1. Locate the product you wish to buy at TripleClicks (or at a participating ECA's TConnect page).
2. Put the desired product in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Under Payment Options, choose the LocalPay option for the ECA you wish to buy directly from.
4. We immediately notify the ECA of your order and we send you an email with the complete order information, including the ECA's name, address, and full contact information.
5. It is now you and the ECA's responsibility to consummate the order. The ECA may contact you to arrange order delivery/fulfillment, but you can contact them as well. Payment for the order is between you and the ECA. The ECA can advise you which forms of payment they accept.
6. Once the order has been fulfilled and paid for, the ECA has 48 hours to notify us and issue any payment due to TripleClicks (if any).
7. Once we have received and verified payment (if any) from the ECA, the order will be considered complete and you will immediately receive your VersaPoints and MRP (Member Rewards Points), and the CV (Commission Volume) will be earmarked for payout.
8. We send you an email to confirm all of the above.
When can I start ordering locally?
A: As soon as we have approved at least one ECA in your area and they have set up their account.
How will TripleClicks Members and SFI Affiliates know which ECAs offer LocalPay services?
A: All participating ECAs will be listed in a forthcoming directory of LocalPay providers at TripleClicks. Additionally, all products at TripleClicks that offer LocalPay as a payment option will be specially flagged to let you know at checkout that you can pay directly. Affiliate Snapshots and ECA TConnect pages will also soon sport LocalPay designation for participating ECAs. Finally, ECAs may advertise that they are an officially licensed LocalPay ECA to their downline and other prospective buyers.

A: Yes. As a participating ECA, instead of waiting to get paid by TripleClicks for orders you've fulfilled, you get your money immediately--on the front-end. There's also this potential major benefit: The world is going more global all the time. Thousands of current and future companies will need local fulfillment/payment/delivery services, too. We hope to allow other, select companies to use our local fulfillment/payment/delivery network that we are building. By being a member of our network and establishing a track record now, you can position yourself to take on other future clients and create an even larger order fulfillment enterprise for yourself.
How am I protected? Who makes sure I get my VP and MRP?
A: So long as the ECA confirms your order with us, you'll receive your VersaPoints, Member Rewards Points, etc.
If my VersaPoints and MRP don't show up in my SFI/TripleClicks account, should I contact the ECA?
A: Yes, but allow at least 48 hours. ECAs are required to complete all orders (including paying us and confirming order completion with us) within 48 hours of receiving the order. Failure to do so, will result in the immediate suspension of the ECA.
Can I just go to the ECA's local store and buy from them directly?
A: No. You must first place the order at TripleClicks.com. Otherwise, we would not have a record of your order and know how many VP and MRP to award to you.
Can I tell my friends and family to order local products through this new service too?

What is "Loccoso?"
A: Loccoso (pronounced la-CAS-oh) is the name we've given our new Local Commerce Solutions division (of which LocalPay is a part of). In time, we hope to make the services of Loccoso available to other select companies who need payment and product fulfillment/delivery services around the world. This is another reason why you may wish to become an ECA and LocalPay provider--so that you can be positioned to earn even more money when other companies decide to use Loccoso's services in the future.
What is "TCurrency?"
TCurrency is part of the new LocalPay program we are debuting today. You may be familiar with having funds in your TripleClicks member account, which you can use to buy anything at TripleClicks with. TCurrency works the same way and can be purchased from any ECA with a TCurrency license. Once you've purchased your TCurrency, you can redeem it on any product at TripleClicks and earn the VersaPoints and MRP the same as if you paid by cash, check, credit card, PayPal, etc.
How will I find licensed TCurrency providers?
They will be listed in the forthcoming directory of all LocalPay providers.
How much does TCurrency cost?
This is up to the provider. Licensed TCurrency providers will be able to sell you TCurrency for the face value of the TCurrency plus up to 15%. Example: You purchase $50 in TCurrency from an ECA whose rate is 4%. Hence, your cost for $50 in TCurrency would be $52.00 ($50 face value + $2--which is 4% of $50).
If TCurrency providers can charge up to 15%, why would one offer me just a 4% rate?
This is where free enterprise comes in. That is, there may be several TCurrency providers in your region. Each one wants your business. How might they attract it? One way is by offering the lowest fees for you to acquire the TCurrency you need. The ECA may also be looking to help his or her downline by offering the lowest cost possible, knowing that he or she can more than make up for it in increased SFI commissions. i.e, When they buy more, his/her commissions go up!
How will Standing Order be handled with LocalPay providers?
A: Here's how Standing Orders will be handled:
1. At TripleClicks, you will choose the "Add To Cart--Standing Order" option for the product desired.
2. At checkout, choose LocalPay as your payment option.
3. Choose your initial preferred order processing date (1st through 15th) and first backup date (16th-25th). The second backup date is automatically set for the last day of month.
4. When the initial order date (1st-15th) arrives, we release the order to the chosen LocalPay ECA. You will also receive an email letting you know it's time to pay for your Standing Order with your LocalPay ECA.
5. It is now you and the ECA's responsibility to consummate the order. The ECA may contact you to arrange order delivery/fulfillment, but you can contact them as well. Payment for the order is between you and the ECA. The ECA can advise you which forms of payment they accept.

Special Note regarding the dates in step #3: Only the first date will actually be used for LocalPay. We will NOT attempt to "charge" you a second and third time as we do with customers who have credit cards or PayPal accounts for their Standing Orders. If you or the ECA fails to get the order completed within the 48-hour timeframe for the initial processing date, the order will be cancelled. Should this happen, you can of course try again before the end of the month, set up another Standing Order or place a regular order or whatever. So why ask for the backup dates? This is because we're moving to a new system for Standing Orders that requires these dates be entered. Moreover, this means everything will be all set up for you should you later choose to change your Standing Order payment option to a TripleClicks MasterCard Debit card, for example, or to PayPal.Could I set up a Standing Order for a local ECA's products?
A: Yes
Why would I want a Standing Order?
A: For convenience primarily, so that the products you like are automatically ordered each month without having to remember to place an order every month. Also, if your Standing Order is at least 1500 VersaPoints, you'll receive a bonus 100 VersaPoints.
Can I receive my commissions from a LocalPay ECA too?
A: Not at this time, though we may be able to add this service in the future. We'll see.
