We're pleased to debut today a new Rank Qualifications panel on your Scoreboard (https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=scoreboard), in the VersaPoints section.

Many affiliates get confused about the requirements for the Team Leader ranks. This new panel is designed to eliminate this confusion by clearly denoting your exact requirements for both Sales Points and Action Points. And if you're not sure what the difference is, we've also added a new "Type" column to your To-Do List (https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=to-do_list). So if you're short Sales Points to qualify, do the "S" type actions. Or if it's Action Points you need, focus on type "A."

For further clarification, the new panel also includes information on whether you've met the minimum 3-star sponsor rating qualification and the Leadership Page maintenance qualification.

If you're not sure if you've qualified as a Team Leader yet for April, get to your Scoreboard NOW and find out!

Special Note: If you're not yet at least an EA (Executive Affiliate), you'll see a slightly different, simplified panel. And if you're already a PTL (Platinum Team Leader), you won't see a panel at all...since you've already achieved the top rank in SFI!

We've just finished up some cool new stuff for the Scoreboard (https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=scoreboard) page. Check it out!

1. Under the VersaPoints section, we've added information about your current Daily VP Streak.

2. New to the Scoreboard page is a section we call My Earnings. My Earnings provides you with real-time, up-to-the-minute accounting of your commissions, royalties, and other affiliate perks and bonuses. You can now see exactly how much you're earning from the first day of the month to the last!

You'll also see that we've broken it down into all the different income types and provided links to information that can help you begin earning (or earn more of) each one! By doing so we hope to get every affiliate thinking about ALL the income opportunities in SFI, not just accumulating VersaPoints.

We hope you like the new additions!

Effective Monday, April 15, 2013, we will begin expiring all VersaPoints earned more than 180 days ago from the current date, excluding one-time action points.

Why expire points? There are two main reasons:

1. Storing data on tens of millions of points long after they've been earned takes up a large amount of valuable space in the database. This slows down the entire system, making it slower to use the Genealogy, slows the display of many Affiliate Center pages, etc.

2. Expiring these old VersaPoints and purging them from the system, makes it so that ALL affiliates have a fair and equal opportunity to reach the top levels of the Power Rankings.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Getting rid of VersaPoints sounds bad. Will it affect my commissions?
A: Not at all. The only points that affect your commissions are those earned in the current month.

So why keep VersaPoints past the current month at all if it doesn't affect commissions?
A: Your total cumulative VersaPoints total is how your POWER RANK (for your class, country, and overall) is determined. We love the Power Rankings and so do thousands of our affiliates; we of course wouldn't want to get rid of this. What about points I've earned for the LaunchPad quizzes, whitelisting, etc.?
A: The new policy does not affect any actions with points you can only earn ONCE. You'll keep those point indefinitely. The policy only affects actions where the points you can earn are unlimited, such as sales VP and being a Top Enroller and for reassigning PSAs.

I've been with SFI for years and I have tens of thousands of points I earned more than 180 days ago. How can it be fair to take these way?
A: If you are allowed to keep all your points forever, a new affiliate will probably never be able to catch you in the Power Rankings. If you were a new affiliate, wouldn't you like to know that if you worked hard, within six months, you could be at the top of the Power Rankings? And might it not depress you and perhaps even cause you to be less active if you knew you had no chance at the top ranks? Having your new affiliates feel like this is bad for them and bad for you. By expiring all points in 180 days, we level the playing field so that ALL affiliates can compete equally for the top Power Rankings. Fair for ALL.

OK, sounds good, but could we get more details on the VersaPoints that we earn then?
Yes. In fact, this is actually another reason why we want to expire old points. By doing so, it allows us to provide you with highly detailed information on every point you earn. Instead of just knowing the total number of points for the various actions, we can now augment the VP Ledger with the "who, what, where, and when" for every point you earn. You'll have the history of every point you earn at your fingertips!

How does this policy affect E365 participants?
A: Other than one-time action points, when you get to your 365th day in SFI, you'll only be sporting points you've scored in the previous 180 days. But everyone's playing by these same rules of course and it might actually be better for you. Why? Because those who were not serious about being named an E365 champion are now a non-factor, they will have faded away.

We've just added a new badge! Score a minimum of 10 VersaPoints and the next day your SFI homepage will be sporting a nifty new, "Daily VersaPoints" badge. Now make it really fun by going on a streak!

Once you've had ten straight days with 10 VP or more, you'll earn the 10-day streak badge. Then keep it going to earn the 30-, 60-, 90-, 180-, and 365-day versions!

We're also thinking about awarding some special prizes for hitting the bigger streak milestones (stay tuned for details)!

Note: If you go a day without having at least 10 VP, you start over!

We believe that 200 points will provide virtually the same incentive for new affiliates as the previous 500-point award did. Effective immediately and until further notice, due to major and rapidly growing abuse, we can no longer offer VersaPoints for reviewing ECA e-books. However, you will continue to earn 25 VersaPoints for each review of all physical products. And on TC Direct digital products, such as TCredits, you will also continue to earn 25 VersaPoints per review, with no limit on the number of reviews you can do.

We regret having to make this change, but rampant abuse has significantly diluted the TripleClicks Executive Pool--reducing share values for everyone. This means everyone's commissions have been lowered by this abuse--which we just cannot allow to continue. We must have a system that is fair for ALL SFI affiliates. Thank you for your understanding.

To help offset the temporary void this policy change may have created for some, please note the following:

1. Additional actions to earn VP for actions are coming.

2. We will soon be introducing a new program that will allow you to buy and pay locally--in your own currency--to TripleClicks ECAs in your region. In some cases you will even be able to pick up the product directly from the ECA and eliminate shipping charges, too! You'll of course earn full VP on these local orders as well. So just by buying items you're ALREADY BUYING LOCALLY, you can earn all the VersaPoints you need. Special note: We hope to make W3 kits, TCredits and more--even Standing Orders--available locally too. Watch for the announcement.

Look up the VP totals for all your PSAs, CSAs, all your team generation levels and the grand total for your entire SFI business within your Genealogy report...just look for the VP amounts in parentheses next to the list of your generations at the top of your Genealogy report.

At SFI, we really do LOVE our affiliates and want to give everyone as many opportunities as we can to become successful with SFI.

However, until now, new affiliates joining in the last days of the month were at a disadvantage trying to earn enough VP to advance in rank and reap the benefits before the end-of-month deadline. Consequently, this often resulted in discouraged new PSAs, as well as unhappy sponsors and Team Leaders.

WELL, NO LONGER! Now, new affiliates who aren't able to earn the EA-qualifying 1,500 VP will be given a chance to transfer ALL the VP they did earn to the subsequent month. Your new PSAs and team members will be able to carry their momentum--and their earned VP--over to the following month without missing a beat.



Qualified affiliates will have the opportunity to transfer their VP up until the 7th of the month. They'll see an alert on their SFI homepage and will receive an e-mail from SFI on the 1st of that month. Transferring VP will be instant with just one click from their SFI homepage alert or the e-mail.

IMPORTANT! This new transfer policy is a one-time offer ONLY! Don't assume your PSA will see our notifications in time. Make sure you personally contact your qualified affiliates before their deadline to help ensure they don't miss out!
