Watch those red flags!

Make sure you're watching your genealogy carefully for red "<500" flags. This flag indicates your affiliate has generated less than 500 VersaPoints in the last 90 days and, hence, is in jeopardy of having their SFI affiliateship cancelled at the end of the month.

Please note that starting on the 15th of each month, SFI sends all such flagged affiliates a series of e-mails to let them know that they are under 500 points and need to take action quickly. However, our e-mails may not get through, so we encourage you to be pro-active and contact your flagged affiliates yourself too.

What should you say? Here's a sample letter:

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Tom,

My genealogy is indicating that you have less than 500 VersaPoints in the last 90 days. This is less than SFI's Minimum Activity Requirement, so your SFI affiliateship could be cancelled at the end of this month.

You are an important member of my team and I'd really hate to lose you! So how can I help? Are there questions I can answer for you? Is there anything I can assist you with?

I'm extremely excited about what SFI is doing. With their new E-Commerce Associates program, for example, the SFI opportunity has just taken a huge leap forward. I'm going to be very active with SFI personally and I would really like to be able to work with you as a key member of my team.

Please drop me a quick e-mail and let me know what I can do to help you get the points you need before the end of the month.

Thank you! I look forward to hearing from you.

NOTICE: Change in TCredit VersaPoints

IMPORTANT!
Effective this month, SFI has changed the VersaPoints awarded for TCredits. If you're a current TCredit customer, you will want to check your VP Scoreboard and verify the amount of VersaPoints on your account for August 2010. In this way, you'll ensure you retain the required VP by the last day of this month to maintain your SFI rank, commissions, perks, and benefits.

If you have any questions, please contact us via the SFI Affiliate Support Line at:

New way to earn daily VersaPoints!

Effective immediately, you can now earn two points a day for checking out the latest additions at TripleClicks!

Here's how:

Go to your homepage at the SFI Affiliate Center (www.sfimg.com). On your SFI To-Do List, under Daily Actions, you'll see the new link. Click the link to be taken to a special page at TripleClicks and earn your points for the day.

IMPORTANT: Don't just click the link! When you arrive at TC, take the time to actually peruse through the latest listings. We have great new products coming in now daily; you're sure to find products that you want and/or that are perfect for gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc. And we all need to be actively patronizing our new ECAs (and our members who are listing their items on TC too of course).

If we all do this–and not just hope everyone else does–we'll attract even more ECAs, more great products and even better prices and deals, which will of course result in more traffic, more TC members, and bigger commissions for everyone!

And you'll of course earn VersaPoints (VP) on every purchase that you can use to increase your SFI perks and payout, boost your Power Ranking, and qualify for valuable VP REWARDS, too!

Tip: To see JUST the ECA listings, click on the "ECA listings only" link in the sidebar. And don't forget that you can use the various other sorts and filters located in the sidebar to quickly find what you're looking for.

New, easier "PSA Mailer" is here!

It's a fact; If you're not employing regular communication with your team, you're building your business with both hands tied behind your back. Referring TC members is great. Sponsoring SFI affiliates is great. But more than anything else you do, it is the act of driving duplication in your group that will create the exponential growth that can send your income skyrocketing. And one of the prime ways you drive duplication is through quality and regular communication with your team. Starting today, we've made this easier than ever.

Introducing...PSA MAILER!

Just go to the new PSA Mailer webpage, enter your message and hit submit. You're done! You've just sent a message, automatically, to all of your PSAs (personally sponsored affiliates). And provided you haven't already earned it for the week, you've also just earned yourself 30 VersaPoints!

There's no need to go to the genealogy or select a segment of your group. And there's no need to worry about messages going to bad e-mail addresses or opted-out affiliates as these are automatically filtered out for you.

Messages are sent to both the PSA's registered e-mail address AND to the PSA's "Team Mail" inbox at the SFI Affiliate Center.

There's also no rank or points requirements to use the PSA Mailer.

Special Note: Weeks will be defined as running from Sunday to Saturday. You can use the PSA Mailer as many times as you like each week, but a maximum of 30 points can be earned each week.

P.S. Be watching for an exciting future addition to PSA Mailer that will allow you to read and borrow excerpts from some of the best messages being sent out each week by fellow SFI affiliates and Team Leaders.

New leaderboards debut

The login screen for the SFI Affiliate Center is now sporting two new mini leaderboards: one for the current month's VersaPoints, and another one for overall Power Rankings. Note: If you're currently logged in, you'll need to log out first and then go to www.sfimg.com to see it.

Is your name on one or both of the lists? If not, make it one of your new year's goals to get on these new lists! Tell the world you're a force to be reckoned with!

Minimum activity requirement now in place

As of January 2010, we are now requiring a minimum activity requirement to remain in SFI. Minimum activity will be defined as at least 500 VersaPoints accumulated by the end of each month.

1/8/10 UPDATE: We have decided to extend the window to 60 days. This means that on the first of every month, provided you had at least 500 points during the previous 60 days, your affiliateship will not be cancelled.

These points can come from any combination of actions. See your SFI To-Do List on the homepage for a listing of all pointable actions available to you.

Any affiliate who fails to meet the 500 VP requirement will forfeit their SFI affiliateship, all SFI benefits and downline. However, their TripleClicks Membership will continue. That is, they will still be TC Members, but they will no longer be recognized as SFI Affiliates.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q: Why do we need to purge inactive people?
A: There is substantial overhead in maintaining "dead wood." Pruning the dead wood will make the SFI Affiliate Center faster and much more efficient for those who ARE active. Your genealogy will display ONLY active people from now on. Moreover, SFI is a business, and business is about DOING and BUILDING. If an affiliate is doing nothing, it is pointless for them to be in the system as an affiliate.

Q: I'm the sponsor of a number of inactive affiliates and I want to help as many as possible get qualified before they get removed. How will I know which ones are pending removal from the system?
A: The easiest way is to use your genealogy. Any affiliate who is facing cancellation at the end of the current month now appears with a red flag before their name. You can individually contact those flagged.

Q: So any affiliate I've sponsored who is purged will still be a TripleClicks member?
A: Yes, instead of a PSA (personally sponsored affiliate), they will become one of your PRMs (personally referred TripleClicks member) and you will earn up to 72% CV Customer Commissions on all of their purchases at TripleClicks (plus the VersaPoints, too).

Q: Will these new PRMs show up on my Customer Report?
A: Yes.

Q: If someone is purged, can they rejoin SFI later?
A: Yes, you are welcome to have them sign up again at a special webpage we will be making available soon. They will retain the same ID number, you as their sponsor, etc. For this purpose, you MAY want to maintain a mailing list so you have their email addresses, etc. You can download this list, by the way, using the link found at the bottom of your genealogy.

Q: Can someone who is purged sign up under a different sponsor?
A: Eventually, yes. They will have to sit out for a minimum of six months however.

Q: Isn't 500 points a lot to require?
A: On the contrary. If you're serious about SFI, we feel it's a very nominal requirement. You can earn up to 124 of these points a month just by visiting the Affiliate Center every day and 120 more a month by staying in touch with your downline every week. With a minimum amount of additional sponsoring and referring, the rest of the points can readily be accumulated. And if that's not enough, there will soon be tens of thousands of products at TripleClicks--products you are ALREADY BUYING elsewhere. Simply transfer those purchases to TripleClicks and you can easily attain the points you need for the 500 minimum or, better yet, 1500 for EA (Executive Affiliate) status.

Q: How will you be alerting affiliates who have less than 500 points during the past 60 days and are in jeopardy of losing their SFI affiliateship?
A: They will see a special alert about this now when they log in at the SFI Affiliate Center. Secondly, starting on the 15th of the month, they will receive a series of e-mail alerts until the end of the month.

Q: What about EyeEarners? Will they also need to have a minimum 500 points?
A: EyeEarners are exempted from the minimum 500 point rule.
