Valuable, new Genealogy features added
We've just added some valuable new information to your Genealogy (https://www.sfimg.com/Reports/Genealogy). The table in the top, left corner used to provide just the total VP for each of your generations. We now show you: - Total VP for your EA2s - Total VP for your non-EA2s - Total VP you're eligible to earn Matching VP on - Total VP you're ineligible to earn Matching VP on due to your rank (shown in orange) - Total VP you're ineligible to earn Matching VP on due to your affiliates' rank (shown in red) If all of that sounds a bit confusing, here's the main takeaway: Every VersaPoint shown in red or orange is a share of the TripleClicks Executive Pool that you're missing out on currently. To start getting paid on the ORANGE points, advance your rank. To start getting paid on the RED points, help get the affiliates who are earning these points to the EA2 rank.

Additions to your Genealogy...
Your Genealogy report now indicates the EA2s in your team. This will make it super easy to identify and focus on those affiliates who have maintained their EA rank for two or more months and are working on their SFI businesses. Look for an affiliate's EA2 rank designation in your Genealogy's Title column under the Basic tab. PLUS...you'll also notice that we now display and provide mailing access via the Genealogy Mailer for up to SIX levels if you're an EA or BTL, up to EIGHT levels if you're an STL, up to 10 levels for GTLs, and 12 levels for PTLs. This means, as a leader, you'll have an easier time communicating and motivating your growing team. Check out your Genealogy HERE.

Simply click the VersaPoints tab on your Genealogy to view the new VP(Y) column next to each affiliate's title. Click the linked number in the VP(Y) column to access the affiliate's PSA VP Ledger, so you can quickly view actions the affiliate has taken to earn VP to date. Timely communication is a must with team building, and armed with the VP data in the Genealogy VP(Y) column, you can get a jump on encouraging new activity within your team and quickly congratulating affiliates who garnered VP the day before!

Your SFI Genealogy: Watch those red flags!
Be sure to check your Genealogy report regularly for team members with red flags. These flags indicate those affiliates who are soon to be removed from the SFI business opportunity and converted to TripleClicks members (PRM). Who gets a flag? Affiliates who have not logged in to the SFI Affiliate Center in the past 320 days or more, are not EAs or Team Leaders, AND do not have active Standing Orders. You can view these affiliates easily in your Genealogy by selecting "Yes" on the "Red Flagged" filter and clicking the Filter button. Just click the group message link to contact these team members and let them know they've been red-flagged! Encourage them to log into the SFI Affiliate Center, review the Compensation Plan and training articles, and begin collecting VersaPoints. PS: Recently added to the Genealogy--Download your entire list of co-sponsored affiliates who joined SFI after August 30, 2011. See the link at the bottom of your Genealogy report.

SFI Affiliate Center: Look for the little yellow bubble!
Connect quickly with your team online via built-in instant messaging at the SFI Affiliate Center. Just look for the yellow SFIM bubbles--on your Genealogy, on the homepage Movers tab, on your Upline Team page--and now below your team member's photo within the Affiliate Snapshots. If the bubble is gray, the person is not online and logged into the Affiliate Center at the moment. If the bubble is YELLOW, however, that person's now online--and you can initiate a conversation with them instantly by clicking the yellow bubble! On their end, a pulsating "SFIM" icon will appear in the header (of the Affiliate Center). Clicking this icon lets them join in a live instant messaging conversation with you if they wish. Here are three tips for using SFIM:1. The easiest way to see who's online right now is to go to your Genealogy and choose the "Online" filter. Select Online = Yes, then click the "filter" button. You'll see a listing of everyone in your downline currently online at the Affiliate Center. Initiate conversations by clicking the yellow bubbles beside their names. If no names appear, no one in your downline is currently visiting the Affiliate Center, but you can, of course, try again later. 2. If you're chatting with a person who's primary language is different than your own, keep Google Translate open in a another window browser so you can cut and paste text as needed to translate your conversation. 3. When you're initiating contact with downline members, focus on how you can help them. Use SFIM to support and assist your downline, and you will build a stronger, more profitable group.

New Condensed Genealogy, new affiliate information now live at Affiliate Center
You can now view a streamlined, condensed Genealogy report for your SFI business at the Affiliate Center, as well as more easily identify your most active affiliates. Designed to eliminate clutter and decrease filter and sort times for data-heavy reports, the condensed Genealogy contains only your team members who have logged in in the past 90 days, EAs, and affiliates w/Standing Orders. This, of course, lets you view at a glance and concentrate exclusively on only those team members actively participating in the SFI program. Both the condensed and the regular, longer Genealogy will remain available via your My Reports section. Both have the same URL address. However, the condensed version will appear by default for all Team Leaders, who typically have more affiliates listed in their reports. Conversely, EAs and Affiliates will see the regular report. To switch between reports, simply select either the condensed or full version linked at the top of your Genealogy. Also new (to both Genealogy reports), two columns listing information about your most active and/or promising up-and-coming team members. Review the data in these columns regularly so you can provide motivation, support, and even rewards to these "movers" in your downline: 1. VP(L)--Access this column in the VersaPoints tab. It lists the total VP your affiliates accumulated last month. These numbers will help you identify who your movers and shakers were during the prior month, which ones were EA, and insights into your most active team members. 2. PS--Click the Aff Mgr tab to view this column, which lists the Profile Score of your affiliates. These scores give you an at-a-glance ability to identify emerging stars in your group. Learn more about Profile Scores HERE. TIP: This new Genealogy feature also gives you a great reason to refresh yourself with all this report has to offer and the myriad ways it can help you build your business and improve your bottom line. Take a moment right now and review Genealogy Tips & Shortcuts.

New Leadership Tool: Profile Scores
We've just added a nifty new tool to help you identify potential future stars in your affiliate team. We call them Profile Scores. Here's how it works: Using the responses your affiliates give to the questions on the Affiliate Profile, we've assigned a point value to each response that help identify affiliates who have set high goals, and/or have committed to investing significant time or money into their new business, and/or are experienced in network marketing or Internet marketing, and/or have past leadership experience, and so on. These point values are all added altogether to create the affiliate's Profile Score. How do you use this new tool? In short, Profile Scores allow you to, at a glance, get an idea of what kind of affiliate new PSAs are going to be. Please keep in mind that whatever the score is, it's just a number that is based on their Affiliate Profile responses. A high score by no means guarantees a future Platinum Team Leader. Likewise, a low score does not necessarily portend an affiliate who is going to go nowhere. High or low, ALL of your affiliates should be greeted with enthusiasm and strong support! E365, VersaPoints, My Movers, etc. will, in the weeks that follow, reveal the true story. Where are Profile Scores located? You will find them now in the notifications you receive by email whenever one of your PSAs completes their Affiliate Profile. Soon we will also be adding Profile Scores to the Affiliate Manager and also to the Genealogy where you'll be able to filter and sort on this new field.

Important New E-Mail Policy
On September 1st, SFI began testing a new policy pertaining to registration confirmations of new affiliates. In short, confirming ones registration would no longer be REQUIRED to access the SFI Affiliate Center. Non-confirmed affiliates would also begin receiving SFI corporate emails the same as confirmed affiliates. After testing this for more than two weeks, we are now allowing the same for sponsors, co-sponsors, and upline Team Leaders. In other words, instead of only being able to send e-mails to the portion of your sign-ups that have confirmed their registration, you can now contact a full 100% of your sign-ups! This new policy covers individual e-mails and group e-mails sent from your Genealogy, and also the PSA Mailer and CSA Mailer. It is effective immediately. Important Note: This new policy applies ONLY to sign-ups from September 1, 2011 and up. For sign-ups prior to this date, confirmation of registration is still required for e-mails.

Deadline for extensions is this THURSDAY, May 5th!
During the first five days of every month, you can extend the affiliateship of any PSA (personally sponsored affiliates) in your group who has fallen below the 100-VP-in-100-days minimum. If you have any PSAs who you feel have merited an extension and want to keep from being purged: 1. Go to your Genealogy. 2. Click the SFI ID number of anyone who is displaying the red "<100" flag. 3. On the Affiliate Manager page you will see a "1-Month Extension" link in the top, right corner. Click this link to extend their affiliateship for another month.

Make sure you're watching your Genealogy carefully for red "<100" flags. This flag indicates your affiliate has generated less than 100 VersaPoints in the last 100 days and, hence, is in jeopardy of having their SFI affiliateship canceled at the end of the month. Please note that starting on the 15th of each month, SFI sends all such flagged affiliates a series of e-mails to let them know that they are under 100 points and need to take action quickly. However, our e-mails may not get through, so we encourage you to be pro-active and contact your flagged affiliates yourself too. What should you say? Here's a sample letter: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hi Tom, My Genealogy is indicating that you have less than 100 VersaPoints in the last 100 days. This is less than SFI's Minimum Activity Requirement, so your SFI affiliateship could be canceled at the end of this month. You are an important member of my team and I'd really hate to lose you! So how can I help? Are there questions I can answer for you? Is there anything I can assist you with? I'm extremely excited about what SFI is doing. With their new E-Commerce Associates program, for example, the SFI opportunity has just taken a huge leap forward. I'm going to be very active with SFI personally and I would really like to be able to work with you as a key member of my team. Please drop me a quick e-mail and let me know what I can do to help you get the points you need before the end of the month. Thank you! I look forward to hearing from you. Your Name Your contact information ------------------------------------------------------------------------ RELATED TIP: For quick, easy points, TCredits are one of the best values and can even be tax-deductible if used for attracting new TC members. One TCredit is just $1.99 and comes with 110 VersaPoints. Two TCredits is just $3.98 and comes with 220 points. Three TCredits is just $5.97 and comes with 330 points. Four TCredits is just $7.96 and comes with 440 points. What can you do with TCredits? See TCredits FAQs HERE. Note also that many additional uses for TCredits are coming to TripleClicks. Order TCredits at TripleClicks.com. Just log in at TC and search for "TCredit."

Important Change in Minimum Activity Requirement
Per the SFI Compensation Plan, the minimum amount of VP (VersaPoints) required to earn commissions is 500 (for the month). Likewise, the Minimum Activity Requirement to retain ones affiliateship has also been 500 (for 90 days). Because both use the 500 VP amount, there has been significant confusion with many affiliates confusing the two. To eliminate this confusion, effective immediately, we are changing the Minimum Activity Requirement to retain ones affiliateship to 100 points in 100 days. Why drop all the way to 100 points and extend the timeframe from 90 to 100 days? Many affiliates have voiced their concern that the previous minimum was too high, and with several months of monitoring the impact, we now concur and feel a smaller VP amount and a little longer timeframe is appropriate. So, starting April 6th, during the first week of each new month, we will identify all affiliates who have failed to earn at least 100 VP in the prior 100 days. These affiliates who are under the 100 VP minimum will forfeit their SFI affiliateship. They will, as always however, retain their TripleClicks Membership (and can always reclaim their SFI affiliateship by simply logging in at http://www.sfiimg.com/convert ). Don't forget that if you are the sponsor of any affiliate who is flagged for being under the minimum 100 VP, you have the power to extend their SFI affiliateship if you wish to. To do so, simply click the "grant extension" link found on your PSA's Affiliate Manager page. Note that this link is available ONLY during the first five days of each month. Hence, you have until midnight CT tonight to extend anyone in your genealogy displaying the "<100" flag.

Great new features debut!
We're pleased today to let you know about several new valuable, business-builder features we've put in place at the SFI Affiliate Center and TripleClicks: 1. As of Tuesday, we have modified the affiliate registration process for email confirmations. In short, confirming your registration/email is now just part of the process of signing up, and access is not provided to the Affiliate Center until confirmation has been completed. Already, this has increased confirmations by a whopping 50%! Assuming this increased percentage continues (and we expect it will), what does this mean to you? Among other things, it means that 50% more of the affiliates you sign up will be receiving LaunchPad training, SFI newsletters, notices, and other important SFI communications. It means that when you use the PSA Mailer, Genealogy Group Messaging, etc. 50% more emails will be going out. It means that 50% more of the sign-ups you receive from S-Builder Co-op will be confirmed. And so on. In all, this is a GREAT development I'm sure you'll agree! ___________________________________________________________ 2. We've now made it super-easy to identify and connect with all the ECAs (E-Commerce Associates) in your country. Here's how: A. Go to: http://www.tripleclicks.com/ecaCountries.phpB. Choose your country from the list by clicking on it. Note that if your country is not listed, we do not yet have any ECAs for your country (but don't worry, they're coming). C. Click on the individual ECA company names to visit the ECA's TConnect Website. D. Browse, do some shopping, and/or leave a comment...and if you really like the ECA, definitely click the "Connect" button in the top right corner. Showing your support for the ECAs in your country by connecting with them (and especially by buying from them) is one of the biggest ways you can help SFI grow in your country...which will of course help you grow your team and grow your commissions! We can't stress this enough. Make sure you are doing your part. ___________________________________________________________ 3. We've widened the Genealogy and made some nice improvements including the addition of tabs to navigate between the different layouts. By the way, you might also like to know that we're working on overhauling the entire SFI Affiliate Center--which you'll start seeing in the next few weeks. ___________________________________________________________ 4. For those of you who have CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates), we've created some great new tools to help you build mutually-profitable relationships: A. The Genealogy now includes a column that provides the date your CSAs were assigned to you. To be used in conjunction with this, we've also added the CSA Assignment Date to the Sort options and also added it as a Filter. Tip: To pull up ALL the CSAs in your Genealogy, to send a group message for example, use the second Filter and select "CS" as the Generation. Special Note: We are unable to attach dates for CSAs assigned prior to today so dates will begin with 2/16/2011. B. You can now easily send instant messages, as often as you wish, to all your CSAs using the TeamTalk feature located on your Alerts Page ( https://www.sfimg.com/PathAlert.sfi ). C. You can also now use the new CSA Mailer ( https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/CSAMailer1.sfi ) to quickly and easily send newsletters, tips, and training to your CSAs.
