Effective for this month (February 2010), we are dropping MaxMalls from TripleClicks.

The reasons are many:

With the ECA Program now launched, we are going to be adding many companies that will be selling MaxMalls-type products. It no longer makes sense to send customers away from TripleClicks to go buy at a MaxMalls store, when they can get the same or similar products directly at TripleClicks.

Moreover, when customers buy these products directly at TripleClicks, there is both CV (Commission Volume) and VersaPoints for you (neither of which you received with MaxMalls purchases). With ECAs, we can track every sale to you (unlike MaxMalls, where we had to simply put all revenues into a pool and pay out shares because individual tracking was unfeasible). You can also market individual products and directly earn commissions and VersaPoints on every sale you generate.

The amount of commissions earned will also be much, much higher. For most MaxMalls stores, the commission paid to SFI (and then divided amongst EAs) was typically very small–often just 2%-5% of the total sale amount. For ECA products, you can expect 5-10 times this amount for most products. And in some cases, it will be literally 15x greater or more!

Eliminating MaxMalls from TripleClicks will also streamline the TripleClicks Website (which will become important as we add modules and dramatically expand TripleClicks in the months ahead).

So what becomes of the MaxMalls Pool share that we've been paying out to EyeEarners and Executive Affiliates?

In both cases, we're replacing the MaxMalls Pool share with TripleClicks Credits (now known as "TCredits"). Each TCredit is a $1.99 value (about six times more than the value of recent MaxMalls shares). If you're both an EyeEarner AND an Executive Affiliate, you'll receive two TCredits each month. And you can add up to four more each month by being a Team Leader.

The ways you can use your TCredits, by the way, are going to be expanding substantially over the next few months. For example, soon you'll be able to use your TCredits for downloading music and other cool services. And, of course, you can use your TCredits to attract valuable, new TripleClicks Members or use to reward affiliates in your group by reassigning them. And for EyeEarners, we're adding a guarantee. Basically, if the TC Members, SFI Affiliates, and TCredits you receive from the EyeEarn Co-op don't produce earnings for you in any month you're an active EyeEarner, you'll receive a share of a special new EyeEarn pool we're establishing to ensure that, "if you get seen, you get PAID."

So what will we do with any commissions generated by MaxMalls stores from now on? We will be donating 100% to Haiti relief efforts for the next 6 months. After that, should there still be any revenue coming in from MaxMalls, we will donate all (100%) to CARE. So, if there are products at MaxMalls stores that you can't get at TripleClicks, please keep patronizing those stores as you'll be contributing to a great cause.
