Our a2a ("Affiliate To Affiliate") social networking program just got a lot more exciting!

If you were already an a2a member, you know that a2a allows you to search, browse, and exchange messages with any SFI affiliate.  You also know that a2a allows you to identify and befriend SFI affiliates in your own country, state/province, or city; or search by gender, age, join date, common goals, and more...or any combination!  And that you can also create "best buddy" lists, brainstorm, share tips, discuss SFI news, and more.

With a2a 2.0, you can still do all of the above, but it's now much more integrated into SFI--with an a2a tab on your SFI homepage and 1 VP a day awarded to you for visiting it.

a2a is also no longer anonymous.  The program now uses everyone's real name and SFI account photo, so you know exactly who you're dealing with.

a2a is also now incorporated into our Affiliate Snapshots (the "mini-profile pages" you see when you click on an affiliate's name at the SFI Affiliate Center--such as the names on the various leaderboards).  

When you open an Affiliate Snapshot, you'll now see--below the affiliate's picture--an a2a "Friend Request" button.  Simply click this button and follow the simple directions provided to become friends with the affiliate.  Note: The button will currently not appear if the person is not yet an a2a member.

So what's the benefit of becoming friends with other affiliates not in your upline or downline?  Simple. You can learn from others how to become successful in SFI.  To make this very easy, SFI affiliates will soon be able to send group messages to all of their a2a friends, so that they may easily share their best tips and ideas.  Hence, for those affiliates you are friends with, you can soon be learning highly valuable knowledge.  Tip: Seek out successful affiliates in your country to learn the strategies that work best for your country or region of the world.

A bigger question you might have is why would you want to lend assistance to affiliates who are not in your upline or downline.  Here are three answers to this question:

1. Helping others is always the right thing to do, whether there's a direct reward or not.  Numerous scientific studies have shown that helping others, being charitable, makes us feel good and adds to our sense of well-being.  In other words, when you're helping others, you're helping yourself too.

2. The more successful SFI becomes, the bigger the SFI opportunity for YOU becomes.  Imagine how easy sponsoring affiliates and making TripleClicks sales would be if SFI and TripleClicks were true, world-renowned brands.  By all of working together, by using our huge "power in numbers" advantage--that's where we can take SFI and TripleClicks in the coming years.

3. Oh yeah, and then there's that little thing we call the TripleClicks Executive Pool!  Remember, a major portion of SFI's compensation plan--and what you get paid on--is based on overall sales at TripleClicks.  Remember: Every month we take a whopping 40% of all the CV of EVERY TripleClicks order and put it into our TripleClicks Executive Pool.  Provided you are at least an Executive Affiliate (1,500 VP) or higher, you receive one share of this pool for each VP you've accumulated for the month.  So what happens when tens of thousands of SFI affiliates become more active due to great support from other a2a members?  What happens when because of this support, thousands of SFI affiliates start generating millions of dollars in new sales at TripleClicks?  What happens when all this synergistic activity starts attracting thousands of big-name ECAs and name-brand products at highly competitive prices to TripleClicks? The answer is of course that the pool skyrockets...and everyone's commissions go UP, UP, UP.
