Effective August 1st, a small number of changes have been made to maximize sales, recruiting, and overall commissions for all SFI affiliates.
1. Due to lack of interest, Cash Infusion Bonuses have been discontinued. However, a grandfather clause maintains this bonus for anyone who joined SFI prior to August 1, 2009.
2. The Executive Bonus has been discontinued. This was necessary in order to facilitate the new points-based system.
HOWEVER, we have NOT eliminated the payouts that the above two bonuses represented. On the contrary, they've been REPLACED AND ADDED TO in the compensation plan:
A. Co-Sponsorship Overrides (CSO's) now earn you up to 24% direct overrides ,plus up to 8% on customer sales overrides. And unlike the Executive Bonus pool, which gave you virtually no control over the amount earned, on CSO's you can interact with the affiliates assigned to you--giving you the ability to coach, train, and create mutually-profitable relationships that can increase your CSO's, substantially, over time.
B. The new VersaPoints Rewards program allows you to earn hundreds of valuable additional Co-Sponsorships every year, and the opportunity to win thousands of dollars in cash and prizes as well. Special Note: VersaPoints Rewards is launching with a top 200 qualification. After we are able to establish how it will pay out, we MAY expand qualification to a larger number of affiliates, but this will be decided at a later time. As SFI grows, we also plan to increase the cash amounts that can be won.
C. MaxMalls has been prominently repositioned as MaxMalls Pool. As more SFI affiliates start using MaxMalls links in their online shopping, and increasing traffic at TripleClicks drives more sales to MaxMalls merchants from retail customers, MaxMalls Pool can become a nice addition to everyone's monthly commissions. D. We've also increased the maximum payouts in three areas. You can now earn up to 72% Customer Commissions (was 70%), up to 40% Affiliate Overrides (was 35%), and up to 14% Executive Overrides (was 12%).
