We have been working diligently to resolve the remaining issues some are having with logging in to the Affiliate Center. As of today–five days since the attack–we estimate that 80-90% of all affiliates have regained fully access to the Affiliate Center.
For those still unable to gain access, we are working through your submitted tickets as rapidly as we can, updating your new email addresses and providing personal guidance. If you have not yet received a response to your ticket, please be patient, we will get to you as soon as we possibly can.
To help us help your fellow SFI’ers who still cannot log in, please do not submit other tickets at this time unless they are of an urgent nature. We thank you.
