New at the Forum! “My Region” and “My Country”

Colorful_Talk-BubblesWe are pleased today to debut two new categories at the SFI Forum.

Check the Categories tab now.  The “My Region” category is for discussions of SFI topics pertaining specifically to your region of the world.  ONLY affiliates in your region may join these discussions.

Following are the 22 regions currently:

  • Northern America
  • Eastern Africa
  • Middle Africa
  • Northern Africa
  • Southern Africa
  • Western Africa
  • Caribbean
  • Central America
  • South America
  • Asia
  • Eastern Asia
  • Southern Asia
  • South-Eastern Asia
  • Western Asia
  • Eastern Europe
  • Northern Europe
  • Southern Europe
  • Western Europe
  • Oceania
  • Melanesia
  • Micronesia
  • Polynesia

The “My Country” category is for discussions of SFI topics pertaining specifically to your country.  ONLY affiliates in your country may join these discussions.  Note that a minimum of 10,000 affiliates is required to qualify.  If your country has less than 10,000 affiliates, you will not see a My Country category.  You WILL, however, have My Region regardless.

  1. To accommodate moderation, all posts must be in the English language.
  2. Remember that My Region and My Country are NOT for general discussions of SFI topics.  Keep those discussions in the regular forum categories.  Rather, My Region and My Country are for discussions pertaining specifically to your region or country.  Examples would be cultural considerations for marketing in the region or best payment options, best shipping options, etc.  And realize that if you ask a question that could be answered best by the overall SFI Forum community, it is best to NOT post in My Region or My Country, because ONLY those in your region/country will be able to see your post.  You may also receive less “likes” purely because exposure will be limited to your region/country.
